“Government program NUTRITECH – nutrition in light of the challenges of improving the well-being of society and climate change” NUTRITECH.I-002F/22 “Development of functional preparations based on fortified hemp protein”.

The aim of the project is to develop a new product in the form of a functional preparation based on hemp protein in loose form, which will be the basis for the production of alternative meat products. For the first time, a solution will be introduced to the market, which will fully reflect the taste qualities of meat products, and at the same time will be characterized by nutritional values (increased content of protein, edestin and amino acids). This is a PRODUCT INNOVATION ON A WORLD SCALE. The result of the project will find application in the food industry, among food producers – from the meat industry and plant-based meat substitutes.
